Dr. Donyaprueth Krairit, Dean of School of Management, Asian Institute of Technology, was a panelist for a discussion on Asia Management Education at the announcement and launch of the first annual MBAUniverse.com Asian Management Conclave (AMC) to be held in Singapore on March 12-13, 2015.

The AIT Campus Sustainability Club successfully organized a drawing competition for children of the AIT community on 11 October 2014. “Coloring My Home: AIT” was the underlying theme of the competition which was open to kids of the AIT International School, and children of AIT faculty, staff and students.

AIT President Prof. Worsak Kanok-Nukulchai has outlined a multipronged plan for strengthening the Institute. In a meeting with delegates from the AIT Alumni Association (Thailand) on 30 September 2014, Prof. Worsak highlighted forward-looking plans including modernization of the library, an external academic audit, and an external audit of the Institute’s financial control and governance system.

The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) is one of the two foreign institutes listed by the Government of India in its latest listing of technical institutions supported by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). Further, it is the only institute outside of India that is listed under the Government’s Externally Aided Projects/International Collaboration(EAPIC) program.
