Papers sought for nanotech conference
AIT, University of Toledo, USA, and the American Society of Abrasive Technology will organize the 2006 International Conference on Micro/Nano Fabrication Technologies- ICM/NFT '06. The event will be held from 10 - 12 May 2006 at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square.
The conference will bring together academic and industrial leaders in the fields involved to foster collaborative efforts towards technological advancements by presenting the most recent research efforts and findings, sharing ideas, meeting and discussing with new colleagues from various disciplines with same area of interests and undertaking.
The conferecence accepts papers directly involved with at least one of the following topics. Selected papers will be published in the International Journal for Manufacturing Science & Technology (IJMST).
- Nano materials, Nano abrasives
- MEMS and NEMS
- Micro/nano cutting and grinding
- Diamond turning, hard turning
- Nano lapping, Nano polishing
- Superpolishing and CMP
- Micro/Nano honing and superfinishing
- Machine tools for micro/nano processes
- Nano tools, Nano ELID
- Micro/nano non-traditional processes
- Self sssembly techniques
- Economical aspects of micro/nano fabrication
