Faculty members' graduation schedule adjusted

The final schedule of graduation activities for faculty members with some adjustments to comply with the requirements of the palace is as follows:

Monday, 22 May 2006, at 2 p.m.: photo session of graduands and faculty

Please note that the schedule of photo session of graduands and faculty has been moved from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the AIT Conference Center auditorium.

Tuesday, 23 May 2006, 2:30 p.m.: graduation rehearsal (graduands and faculty)

(President, vice president for academic affairs and faculty members with graduating doctoral advisees are required to attend)

Free bus service will be available from 1:45 to 2:15 p.m. in front of the AIT Conference Center. Faculty members can use this service or go to the venue on their own. The same bus service will be available after the rehearsal.

Wednesday, 24 May 2006: graduation day

Ceremony:

Free bus service will be available from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m. in front of the AIT Conference Center. Faculty members can use this service or go to the venue on their own. The same bus service will be available after the ceremony.

  • Assembly time is 8 a.m. Faculty members are requested to proceed directly to the second floor lobby. Ms Izel will arrange your seats for the ceremony. For those who have not yet confirmed their attendance, kindly send your confirmation by replying to the following e-mail: registry@ait.ac.th
  • Faculty and graduates must be seated by 8:30 a.m.
  • Ceremony starts at 9 a.m.
  • Flowers, bouquets, cameras, bags and mobile phones are not allowed inside the hall.
  • Lunch:
  • A luncheon with the Princess and VIPs will follow immediately after the ceremony at the AITCC Dining Room. Faculty please kindly confirm for joining the lunch by replying to the following email: registry@ait.ac.th
