Asian Internet Engineering Conference

The Internet Education and Research Laboratory (intERLab) at AIT and the WIDE (Widely Integrated Distributed Environment ) Project, Japan, will be organizing the Asian Internet Engineering Conference 2006 from 28-30 November 2006 at AIT Conference Center Auditorium. This conference is co-sponsored by National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Asia-Pacific Advanced Network Consortium - Thailand (APAN-TH), Asia-Pacific Network Information Center (APNIC), Regional French Cooperation, Thailand Network Information Center (THNIC), CAT Telecom Public Company, and Cisco Systems. The gift-in-kind sponsor (provides free gifts to the delegates) is Pacific Internet (Thailand).

The conference brings together researchers and engineers interested in the practical and theoretical problems in Internet technologies. It will address issues pertinent to Asia with diversities of socio-economic and networking conditions. It will invite recent research results from the global international research community to be presented.

The technical sessions will include invited talks by leading experts, presentations of papers, demos, posters and a pre-conference 17th Asian School on Computer Science (26-27 November, 2006), and a post-conference demo on Digital Ubiquitous Mobile Broadband Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) Project (1 December 2006).
