AIT Student Union will be organizing a farewell party for outgoing graduating students on 16 December 2012 from 1700 hours onwards at the Ground Floor of the AIT library.

 A Seminar on “Design for Disasters” by Ms. Vipavee Kunavichayanont, Design for Disasters will be delivered from 1530-1700 hours on 11 December 2012 at Romm E117, School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

 A seminar on “Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM)” will be delivered by Mr. Gregory Pearn from the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) from 0830 to 1200 hours on 11 December 2012 at E117, School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

A seminar on "Thailand Disaster Management System" will be delivered by Mr. Arun Pinta, Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Thailand, from 1000-1200 hours on 7 December 2012 at the Milton E. Bender Jr. Auditorium, Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). 

 A seminar on “The Bangladesh paradox: Exceptional health achievements despite income poverty” will be delivered by Dr. Mushtaque Chowdhury, Senior Adviser and Associate Director, The Rockefeller Foundation, Bangkok, Thailand, and Professor of Population and Family Health, Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University, New York, USA at the Milton E. Bender.

A seminar on " Disaster Preparedness and Contingency Planning" will be delivered by Dr. Georges R Tadonki, of Disaster Preparedness Mitigation and Management (DPMM) field of study, AIT from 1330 - 17:00 hrs on 3 December 2012 in Room E117, SERD Building.

A Career Talk is being organized by Thai Beverage Public Company Limited on 28 November 2012 from 1330-1500 hours at the Milton E. Bender Jr. Auditorium. The presentation will highlight the company and will focus on job and internship opportunities, primarily for nationals from China, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam among others.
