Fr. V.M. Thomas, the Rector of Don Bosco Institute of Management, Guwahati in the state of Assam in India will be delivering a talk a institute wide talk on "Personal Effectiveness in a Changing World" at the School of Management amphitheatre on 27 October 2010 at 13.30 hours.

The Second AIT Open Presentation Competition will be held on 26 October 2010 at the AIT Conference Center Auditorium. Winning teams (one from each of the three schools) will get a cash prize of 20,000 Baht and a trophy. The runner up team from each school will get 10,000 Baht.

The Energy and Environment Partnership with the Mekong (EEP Mekong) is organizing a Regional Forum on 26-27 October 2010 in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The theme is "Building Partnerships for Implementing Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Projects in the Mekong Region".Several sessions will address crucial issues related to the successful development of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in the Mekong region.
