The six-day event will feature three days of comprehensive seminar (7-9 Nov at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit); two days customized hands-on workshop (10-11 Nov at AIT Conference Center); and one-day lab and site tour (12 Nov at Structural and Wind Tunnel Lab and selected tall building projects).The event will bring together high profile CEOs and Managers in building industry, Structural Designers, Engineers and Consultants, Real-estate Developers and Architects which will also create a platform for professional networking and to get update on the latest tall building technology as well as to have an opportunity to interact with tall building experts.
AbstractThe presentation is meant as an introduction and outline of a potential course on eco‐political and economic aspects of natural resources management in the context of Southeast Asia. Based on recent popular culture, ‘Avatar’, different themes of the movie are highlighted and put into context of topics relevant to different theories.
