Thai National Grid Center and AIT are presenting the 3rd Distinguished Lecture on Grid Computing Technology on 'Parallelization of Branch and Bound Algorithm with the Hierarchical Master-Worker Paradigm on the Grid.' The lecture will be conducted by Dr. Kento Aida, Department of Information Processing, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 18 July 2006 at the AIT Conference Center.

SSSU and Clinic hold lifeguard drill

The Safety, Security and Sports Unit (SSSU), in collaboration with the AIT Clinic, will hold a lifeguard drill on 12 July at 1–2 p.m. The objective of this drill is to review and practice the techniques for immediate and coordinated response between the lifeguard and the AIT Clinic when accidents occur in the swimming pool.

His dissertation's title is 'An Integrated Approach to Real-Time Optimal Operation of an Irrigation Water System: A Case Study for Nam Oon Irrigation Project, Thailand.
