SCE and Petra Christian University sign agreement on dual program in Construction Management
On November 28, the School of Civil Engineering signed a contract
agreement with the Post-Graduate Program of the Petra Christian University
(Indonesia) on the implementation of the PETRA - AIT Dual Master's Degree
Program in Construction Management and Civil Engineering (PE-TRAIT).
Under this agreement, both institutions will jointly offer qualified
Indonesian engineers the opportunity to obtain a dual master's degree.
Participating students will have the chance to take one-term of coursework
at PCU and two-term internships at AIT. Those completing the two-term
internship at AIT with GPA of over 2.75 will be allowed to transfer to AIT's
regular Master's program and complete the program with degrees from both
institutions.
PE-TRAIT will consist of program components from both institutions. It
will commence in May 2001.
