Resignation from Institute Secretary Position
Dr Anulark Techanitisawad (left) has resigned from the Institute Secretary position to return to full-time teaching and research effective November 1, 2002. The Institute expresses its deep appreciation to Dr Anulark for her contribution to the work of the Executive Committee, Board of Trustees, Institute and the Greater Mekong Subregion Academic and Research Network.
New Appointments

Mr Karma Rana (right), as Institute Secretary, to assist the administration in its liaison with the Board of Trustees and its Committees and Panels; and
