Social Security Card for Medical Benefits
The Social Security card for medical benefits issued to AIT employees will be expiring on December 31, 2002. In case you would like to change the name of the hospital of your choice in order to maximize your medical benefits, please refer to a guide list of hospitals accredited by the Social Security Office.
Please inform your choice of hospital to HRO before 10 November 2002, otherwise the Social Security Office will carry on with this year's hospital of your choice for the year 2003.
** To maximize the medical benefits, it is wise to use both Social Security card and Blue Cross card at your Social Security insured hospital of your choice.
