Forty-one Rajabhat Universities and AIT Sign MoU
Forty-one Rajabhat Universities (RUs) and the Asian Institute of Technology on December 18, 2003 signed their first Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) ever
The agreement - valid five-years from 2004-2008 - aims to foster relationship and joint activities with an international focus, and intends to enhance the knowledge of faculty, research staff and students of RUs and AIT.
The program covers scholarships for master's and doctoral degree program for RUs teaching staff, collaborative activities, such as acceptance of qualified exchange students in selected programs of study and cooperation activities, and joint research programs.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Pollasanha Positong, Deputy Secretary General, for Secretary General, Commission on Higher Education, and Asst. Prof. Dr.Thonglaw Wong-In, President of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University, and Asst. Prof. Aneck Tepsupornkul, President of Rachanakarindha Rajabhat University, Asso. Prof. Wichai Vanpetch, President of Phranakorn Rajabhat University, and Asst. Prof. Suwit Tientong, President of Phranakorn Sri Ayutthaya Rajabhat University, and Asst Prof. Suchart Pudpong , President of Rambhaibannee Rajabhat University, and Asst. Prof. Kawee Siripokhapirom, President of Thepsatri Rajabhat University and Prof. Jean-Louis Armand, AIT President
