His Excellency Mr. Jose Ramos-Horta (above right), Timor-Leste's Senior Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Co-operation, will be the third lecturer in the Nobel Laureates and Eminent Persons Lecture Series hosted at AIT by the International Peace Foundation in partnership with various organizations and institutions in Thailand. The lecture will be held on Tuesday, January 27 at 2:30 p.m.
