SERD Receives Project Support from EU
The 'Human resource development network in food quality and safety for sustainable food production' project under the ASEAN-EU University Network
Programme (AUNP) submitted by Prof. Vilas M. Salokhe (right) of Agricultural System and Engineering FoS, SERD to European Union has been approved to receive the support of Euro 196,612 from EU's Asia Link Program.
SERD's Project Approved for Support by SIDA
Dr. Sudip K. Rakshit's (right) project involving work on 'The Production From Animal Cell Culture and Separation of Urokinase Using Supramolecular Gels' - initiated by the University of Lund Sweden with IIT, Delhi, India, and AIT - was recently approved for support by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
Dr. Rakshit, who is an Associate Professor of Food Engineering and Bioprocess Technology Field of Study at SERD, was also nominated into the editorial board of the Journal of Asian Association of Agricultural Engineers (AAAE).
