API Now Accepts Fellowships Applications
The Asian Public Intellectuals (API) Fellowship Program, Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University is now accepting API fellowships from various circles. Deadline of application is August 31, 2004.
API - funded by The Nippon Foundation - aims to enable fellows to pursue intellectual, cultural and professional projects in other participating Asian countries according to one of a three predetermined themes. It was designed to stimulate the creation of a pool of public intellectuals in the region who would be able to articulate common concerns and propose creative solutions to old and new problems.
