A Note of Thanks from Mrs. Ricarte
To all dear friends and colleagues of Larry at AIT,
Larry, I am sure, joins me in thanking all of you for your sincere demonstration of friendship. For the many kindnesses that you have extended to me during my time of bereavement, I have no words to offer but those of profound thanks.
I continue to draw great comfort from the overwhelming kindness that I have received, and for the respects that you have paid to Larry. And beyond this, I have the consolation of knowing that Larry is in God's hands where, I am sure, he has found eternal love and peace.
I must admit that I failed to recognize some of the nicknames and signatures of friends who signed the guest book and/or offered prayers and support. To them I would like to express my thanks.
I will be going home to Manila to bury Larry's ashes. At the moment, I am considering the dates between October 5 and 9.
Your friendship is very important to me. As I have not made other plans for the time being, I hope that I will meet you again in Bangkok under happier circumstances.
