Visiting AIT
On 16 November 2004, a delegation from three universities in Taiwan visited AIT. The delegation comprised of Dr. Lee, Haw-Tung, Vice President, Yu Da College of Business; Dr. Wang, Yuan-Chia, Yu Da College of Business; Dr. Shen, Horng-Syi, Yu Da College of Business; Dr. Wang, Hwa-Horng, Ming Hsin University of Science and Technology and Dr. Mei, Kuo-Chung, Chung Kuo Institute of Technology. The delegation was accompanied by Mr. Karl Lee, Head of Cultural Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand.
During the visit the delegation met with Prof. H. N. Phien, Dean/SAT and Dr. Nazrul Islam, Acting Dean/SOM who received them on behalf of Prof. Jean-Louis Armand, AIT President and Prof. Mario T. Tabucanon, Provost.
The visit aims to explore potential collaboration between the three universities and AIT and also to strengthen the tie between Taiwan and AIT.
