AIT President to Meet Admin Office Heads and Staff
Prof. Said Irandoust, AIT President will meet Admin. Office Heads and staff at an official meeting to be held on Thursday, 3 November, 10:30 a.m.-12:00 noon at the AIT Conference Center Auditorium. The new appointments of Admin Office Heads will take effect from 1 November 2005.
The meeting will formally introduce newly appointed Administrative Office Heads to AIT staff members; outline of some of Pres. Irandoust's ideas with regard to the procedures and functions of the new administrative offices both with and across their offices, with the Schools and units etc and the presentation of the final version of the organizational structure
Pres. Irandoust also noted that as emphasized at various fora, the primary emphasis of the central administrative restructuring has been to work for a system with a minimal administration of the highest possible quality, in order to allocate as many as possible of our resources to core activities, namely research,
education, and outreach activities.
