Utility Problems? Call 5987, 5818
In order to better serve the AIT community, staff can now report complaints related to repair and maintenance of any nature (building facilities, telephone, aircon, water, etc.) directly to the following hotline numbers:
- For residential buildings (faculty, staff and students), please call ext.5987, Monday-Saturday, from 07:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The request can be currently submitted at the Housing Maintenance Section, basement of dormitory E.
- For academic and administrative buildings, please call ext. 5818, Monday-Friday, from 07:30-15:30.
A one-stop service online is now being developed. The email address will be made available to all AITians soon.
To avoid confusion and miscommunication, please do not call nor contact directly the Leading Hand/Supervisor of any maintenance section.
