AIT, Korea Polytechnic University sign accord

Representatives from Korea Polytechnic University (KPU) and AIT signed an agreement 26 January 2006 on academic collaboration and exchange. The Koreans' concept on 'Engineering House' and 'University-Industry Relations' was discussed at length during the meeting. It is anticipated that the universities will develop concrete collaborative activities in this area.

The Korean delegation included: Prof. Choe Hong-Geon, the university's president and chairman of the presidential committee on small and medium enterprises; and Prof. Lee Jae-Hak, dean, Graduate School of Industrial Technology and Management
