New on-campus travel agency opens
KS&S; Travel Service Co. Ltd. replaced NTN Travel as the new on-campus travel agency. The firm started its operation in AIT on Monday, 27 February 2006.
KS&S; is one of the largest travel agencies in Thailand and part of FCM Travel Solutions, an international travel chain (www.th.fcmtravel.com). KS&S; has committed to provide competitive prices for airtickets and hotels as well as to deliver good customer services.
All bookings of authorised official travels must be made directly through KS&S.; It will work to comply with AIT's travel policy and procedures. Please ensure your full co-operation in this regard. The Finance Office is currently reviewing existing official travel procedures in order to simplify the process and will keep the AIT community informed in due course.
The agency is located in the arcade. Its operating hours are: Mondays to Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; public holidays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. KS&S; officers can be reached during office hours at Ext. 5232 or after office hours at (09) 158 3319 or (09) 199 3319.
