UNEP job vacancy
The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction from Industry in Asia and the Pacific project (GERIAP) is looking for a part-time Thai Translator.
Responsibilities:
To translate the following 15 energy and monitoring equipment chapters from English into Thai (430 pages): Fuels and combustion, Boilers and refractories, Steam distribution and utilization, Compressed air and compressors, Furnaces, Cogeneration, Waste heat recovery, Electricity, Electric motors, Pumps and pumping systems, Fans and blowers, Lighting, Air conditioning and refrigeration, Cooling towers, Monitoring equipment.
To be submitted in soft copy (MS Word) by the agreed deadline (but no later than 31 July).
Qualifications:
- Thai national
- University graduate or equivalent programme
- Engineering background relevant to the energy equipment listed above
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programmes
