AIT community to come together for potluck
AIT President Said Irandoust invites AIT faculty, staff and students and their families to join an AIT community get-together party on Monday, 26 June 2006 , at 6 p.m. in the AIT Conference Center Main Dining Room.
The event will showcase AIT's internationality and multiculturalism through different cuisines. The party will be in the form of a potluck with members bringing different dishes to be shared during the evening. People are free to coordinate among themselves or through their country associations and may wish to also prepare some dishes as a group, representing a certain country. The president will be bringing along one of his favorite dishes. There will also be karaoke following the dinner so please come prepared to showcase your singing talents as well. There will be buses arranged for those who will join the dinner.
Since arrangements would need to accordingly be made at the AIT Conference Center , those who will join the event please confirm your participation by contacting Ms. Rene', Office of the President at Ext. 5030 or through e-mail at rhenne@ait.ac.th not later than Thursday, 15 June 2006. Please also let us know of any other innovative ideas that you might have to make the evening a memorable one.
There will be a meeting of the Executive Committee on the same day, and members of the committee will be invited to participate.
