AIT grad named one of Indonesia 's best lecturers
AIT alumnus Andi, ST., M.Eng.,Ph.D was selected to be the second best winner in the Best Achievement Lecturers Award that was held by Indonesia 's National Education Department for Private Higher Institutions area VII.
Dr. Andi graduated from AIT in 1998 with a master's in engineering in Construction Engineering and Management. He is currently a lecturer in the civil engineering faculty at Petra Christian University in Surabaya , Indonesia . He teaches Project Administration, Operational Research, Construction Management, Construction Project Administration and Research Methodology at the master's level. He is also an advisor for theses of
bachelor and master degree students. While at AIT, he received the Mahesh Varma Prize for the outstanding graduate. He went on to receive his doctorate at the University of Tokyo .
In this latest competition, a four-judge panel assessed such aspects as performance, personality and the performance in the three responsibilities of the institute of higher education, which include education and teaching, research, and social service.
