First workshop on patent search a success

More than 25 attended a program on 'Patent Search in Academic Institutes and Universities' at AIT's School of Management on 2 May 2006. It was the first such program put on by AIT and the EC-ASEAN Intellectual Property Rights Cooperation Programme (ECAP II), which is a European Commission funded program for the promotion of intellectual property rights within the ASEAN region.

Korean internship application deadline set for 12 May

The Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water) in Daejon, Republic of Korea is offering an internship program to 14 AIT students. The internship lasts from 1 June to 31 July 2006.

This is an opportunity for AIT students to be involved with one of the world's leading water companies and to learn more about Korea.
