AIT faculty invited to serve on World Engineering Congress 2007 international advisory committee
Congratulations to Prof. Vilas M. Salokhe, Agricultural Systems & Engineering, School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD), who was invited to serve on International Advisory Committee for the
World Engineering Congress 2007 to be held in August 2007 in Penang, Malaysia .
This is third congress in the series jointly organized by the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Federation of Engineering Institutions of Islamic Countries (FEIIC). The congress' theme is 'Fronties of Engineering" and is expected to attract over 1000 engineers from all around the world.
Prof. Salokhe further had the honor to attend and represent AIT during the first congress in 1999 and second in 2002.
