DBA Program launched in Vietnam

The Doctor of Business Administration program, a professional doctorate program, was launched in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 22 March 2007. The event was the fourth successful launching of a DBA program in which AIT President Said Irandoust has participated.

The program has attracted 15 students - all working professionals from different fields, through the efforts of Dr. Frederic W. Swierczek , Director of AIT Center in Vietnam, and Professor I.M. Pandey , Dean, School of Management, whose excellent initiative has been gaining momentum and already successfully launched in Sri Lanka and two times in Thailand.

During his visit to Vietnam, the AIT President was invited to a special lunch meeting hosted by Mr. Beat Wafter, the Swiss Consul General which was attended by consul generals from a number of other countries, business people etc.
