Mini-Graduation ceremony for thirty-six graduates

A total of thirty-six (36) students were able to complete their degree requirements at the end of this Inter-semester 2007 and graduate from AIT. An informal graduation ceremony was therefore held on 6 August 2007, which was attended by three doctoral and 3 master's graduates. The ceremony was presided over by the Vice-President for Academic Affairs. Student Advisors and the AIT School Deans also participated.

During President Irandoust's interactions with the graduating students, he was heartened to learn that for some AIT had provided a unique opportunity to pursue their postgraduate studies at a much later stage in their lives and careers, which also helped in greatly boosting their self-confidence.
