Presentation on Integrated Facilities Management by Sodexho
Mr. Stuart Winters, Managing Director and CEO of Sodexho (
http://www.sodexho.com), which is a global organization specializing in integrated facilities management, and senior members of his organization visited AIT on 27 July 2007, and made a presentation to members of the President's Advisory Council (PAC), outlining their areas of expertise, and experiences in Thailand and worldwide. The Sodexho group also put forward a proposal for their operating and managing AIT's infrastructure and related facilities.
PAC would need to further discuss internally and consider all aspects of the proposal in more detail. In this regard, the soon-to-be established Campus Development Task Force will play a particularly important role. If there is an agreement in principle, Sodexho would then proceed in conducting a more detailed assessment for consideration and final decision of AIT. AIT President Said Irandoust invited Mr. Winters to also make a similar presentation to the Executive Committee meeting on 6 August 2007.
