On April 22 Dr. Manukid Parnichkun delivered a talk on Robotics Research at AIT to the ICT Industry Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.  The talk was enthusiastically received with the Chamber members expressing their desire to follow up with a field trip to visit AIT to see the Robotics Lab and other ICT projects first hand.

On 21 April, a delegation of Philippine university presidents and managers / chairpersons of regional research consortia involved in agriculture and natural resources R&D visited the Institute as part of a study visit to Thailand for the Continuing Education Program of Agricultural Innovation Managers of the Philippines.
