Students from 18 countries got their first experience of life and academics at the Asian Institute of Technology at the Orientation program organized today. Welcoming the students, AIT President Said Irandoust stated that the fact that the students have entered AIT is a testimony to their strong candidature.

Live video telecast of Lecture on “Reflections on COP15” by Dr Rajendra Pachauri
A lecture titled "Reflections on COP15" by Dr. Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, Chair of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) will be telecast live via video conference at the Milton E. Bender Jr. Auditorium at AIT. The lecture will be delivered at 11.00 am on 8 January 2010. All interested are welcome to attend the lecture.
MOU signing between AIT and Amata Corporation for Science City project
Amata Corporation has been supported by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and the Ministry of Science and Technology for establishing a Science City project in the form of Public Private Partnership (PPP).
