Prof. Baral stated that their university along with AIT can jointly
engage in faculty development programs. Pokhara University , which was
established in 1997 focuses on producing skilled human resources in the
area of science, technology, management, law, humanities, education and
other professional areas for national development.
AIT President, Prof. Said Irandoust remarked that AIT would be very
happy to help Pokhara University and remarked that it would be feasible
for AIT faculty and staff to spend some time at Pokhara University,
especially during the inter semester period.
