There is a great potential in the partnership between the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and the Amata Science City. This was stated by Mr. Sascha Haselmayer of Interlace Invent ApS, advisor to Amata Science City in a meeting with the AIT President Said Irandoust.

Seventh ICT-Asia Seminar shall be held at the Keio University, Mita Campus, Tokyo, Japan East Research Building, Keio Global Studio (6th Floor), and Seminar Room (4th Floor) on 15-16 March 2010.The conference will also be broadcasted in China, Korea, Philippines and Thailand through the project CanalAVIST of IntERLab (Internet Education and Research Laboratory) of the Asian Institute of Technology, and is supported by the Regional French Cooperation at AIT. President calls for gender equity and equality

The week long International Women’s Day celebrations at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) got off to a start with the Institute President Said Irandoust felicitating everyone on the occasion. Addressing participants prior to a rally organized to kickoff the celebrations, the President called for equity and equality stating that the gender perspective has been integrated into all of AIT’s actions to ensure adherence to the fundamental principles of humanity and impartiality.
