Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) took its seat at the recent Global Social Business Summit 2010 headlined by Nobel Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus held on 4-5 November 2010 in Wolfsburg, Germany. The international event brought together practitioners and proponents of social business representing more than 100 companies, 20 universities and 46 nations from around the world.

Green AIT Day salutes its International character

The international character of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) was very much in focus on the occasion of the ‘Green AIT Day’ organized on 19 November 2010. Over 150 students from nearly three dozen countries planted trees on behalf of their country – a act that was in line with AIT’s image of being a ‘Clean and Green Campus’.
