2nd AIT Open Presentation Competition
The Second AIT Open Presentation Competition will be held on 26 October 2010 at the AIT Conference Center Auditorium. Winning teams (one from each of the three schools) will get a cash prize of 20,000 Baht and a trophy. The runner up team from each school will get 10,000 Baht.
EEP Mekong Regional Forum
The Energy and Environment Partnership with the Mekong (EEP Mekong) is organizing a Regional Forum on 26-27 October 2010 in Vientiane, Lao PDR. “No time to lose” in climate change adaptation, UNEP’s Steiner tells Bangkok conference

Speaking via video address at a press conference ahead of the Asia Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum 2010, held from 21-22 October 2010 in Bangkok, Dr. Achim Steiner, Executive Director, United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and UN Undersecretary General, stressed the importance of mainstreaming adaptation as a pivotal strategy for humankind to cope with global warming.
Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum
