Cutting edge research and cinematography coalesced at V.Research, AIT’s Annual Video Research Competition as 11 teams vied for top honors. Enthusiastic students keen to showcase their research employed a wide variety of tools to produce informative, creative and entertaining videos, which kept the audience spell-bound for over two hours at the AIT auditorium on 19 May 2011.

An information event is being organized by CSR Asia and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) for the launch of an executive style Professional Master's Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility. A new look AIT Management Team, which held its first meeting on 16 May 2011, pledged to work towards ensuring greater success and continuing glory of AIT. The new AIT Management Team, which comprises of the three Vice Presidents and the three Deans, apart from the AIT President, is a slimmer body and is empowered with greater decision making powers.
AIT Master’s Thesis competition
The sixth AIT Master’s Thesis Competition will be held on 16 May 2011 at the AIT Conference Center. Students can compete in seven categories depending on their field of study and research area.The competition will begin with a plenary session at 8:00 am on 16 May 2011 at the Auditorium, AIT Conference Center.
