Blackbaud Asia has offered its services to the Asian Institute of
Technology (AIT) in helping reach out to alumni offices, and augment
its fundraising services. During a visit to AIT on 10 June 2011, Ms.
Elizabeth Hubrich, Business Development Manager - Asia, Blackbaud Pacific Pty Ltd., said
their company provided expertise in development support software which
is extensively used by leading universities.
In a meeting with Prof. Worsak Kanok-Nukulchai, Vice President for
Resource Development (VPRD), Ms. Hubrich delivered a presentation on
Blackbaud, and discussed how they can help AIT through its software and
services. U.S-based Blackbaud operates in 70 countries and has offices
in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Hong
Kong.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Sanjeev Jayasinghe Director
Fundraising, Dr. H.L. Tien, Head Alumni Affairs Office, Mr. Shawn P.
Kelly, Senior Media Specialist, Media and Communication Unit, ERCO and
Mr. Syed Muntasir Husain Bokhari, Program Officer, VPRD.
