Dear Colleagues and Students:
Following my earlier email, we all wish to achieve a clean and safe
campus on December 15. Thus, we need a lot of helps from faculty,
staff, students, alumni and volunteers. The following cooperative
cleaning program will take place as follows:
[ 6-9 December 2011 - Internal Cleaning. AIT staff and Sodexo are now
clearing rubbish and cleaning the ground floors of all buildings based
on this order (admin, academic and residents). However, all office
units don't need to wait. Faculty and staff who are not required in
Huahin can start their own clearing and cleaning of their own units
independently. Any unit with less manpower may acquire volunteers by
themselves to help.]
