RMIT seeks partnership with AIT

Dr. Ziguras stated that he had known about AIT for a long time and was
keen to explore possible collaboration. He mentioned that RMIT University has a major presence
in Vietnam and is interested in increasing the diversity of academic
programs with a focus on this region.

Dr. Weerakorn Ongsakul, Dean, School of Environment, Resources and
Development (SERD), AIT, stated that AIT and RMIT can explore distance
learning and online programs, collaborative joint and dual degree
programs, and summer internships.

Dr. Anil Kumar Anal, Deputy Dean, Research and Outreach, SERD; Dr.
Kyoko Kusabaje, Coordinator, Gender and Development Studies, SERD; Mr.
Olivier Drean, French Cooperation Coordinator and International
Relations Advisor; and Mr. Kyaw Soe Hlaing, Program Coordinator,
External Relations and Communications Office (ERCO) also participated
in the meeting.
