Among other aspects, the 148-page publication features AIT’s
international reach, academics, research and development, awards and
recognition, the three schools, undergraduate programs, AIT Extension
and AIT Consulting, intERLab, AIT Vietnam and AIT’s Centers of
Excellence. An overview of the flood, AIT’s partnership profile and its
financial report also form part of the Annual Report.
In his message in the Annual Report, H.E. Dr. Tej Bunnag as the then
Chairman of the Board of Trustees writes that while 2011 will be
remembered for a “historical low that tested the Institute’s resolve
and shook it to its very core," AIT also scored highly in teaching,
research, capacity building and outreach.
Prof. Said Irandoust, President, AIT in his message writes: “AIT was
able to rise above the floodwaters that inundated our campus so that by
year’s end the Institute was well on its way to recovery.”
