Dr Anil Kumar Anal, Head, Department of Food, Agriculture & Bioresources has published a book titled "Food Processing By-Products and Their Utilization."

Edited by Dr Anil, the book claims to be the first which is dedicated to food processing by-products and their utilization in a broad spectrum.

It was going to be so exciting.

Oh boy, living all by myself. With my friends. Just us.

We were going to have so much fun.

These thoughts raced through my mind, as I stepped down the bus and took in the scenic view of the campus spread out in front of me.
