The visit followed deliberations in September 2012 with Prof. Laurence
R. Simon, Director, Sustainable International Development Program,
Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University.
Mr. Lakshmikantan stated that the collaboration could be extended to
dual and joint degree programs.
Dr. Mokbul Morshed Ahmed, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, School
of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD); Dr. Rajendra Prasad
Shrestha, Thematic Team Area Leader, Human Security and Development;
and Dr. Gabrielle Eva Carol Groves, Program Coordinator, External
Relations and Communications Office (ERCO) held discussions with Mr.
Lakshmikantan.
