Iran to partner with AIT on project on Climate Change

This was communicated to the AIT President Said Irandoust by Prof. M.
Molanejad, Director, IROST. The project is worth $ 2 million.

This follows the recent letter of the AIT President to the President of
the Islamic Republic of Iran requesting matching core funding of $ 2
million for joint regional research and development work on the issue
of climate change mitigation and adaptation. Among those closely
involved in the project include Dr. Mousa M. Mohamad Nazhad, Associate
Professor from the Pulp and Paper Technology field of study, School of
Environment, Resources and Development (SERD) at AIT.
