A delegation of UniKL
comprising of Dr. Azizan Mohd Noor, Dean, Institute of Research and
Postgraduate Studies, and Prof. Azanam Shah Bin Hashim, Head of Campus
and Dean, Malaysian Institute of Chemical and Bioengineering
Technology, expressed their interest in AIT.
Dr. Noor stated that AIT enjoys a brand name and has an international
reach. “We look forward towards offering collaborative programs with
AIT since the Institute is known all over,” he said. Prof. Hashim
stated that UniKL is currently offering a Master’s program in
Engineering Technology in “Green and Energy Efficient Buildings” along
with the University of Applied
Sciences, Rosenheim, Germany.
Dr. Anil Kumar Anal, Associate Dean, School of Environment, Resources
and Development (SERD) said that AIT is offering programs in emerging
fields like energy business management and climate change. Mr. Ahmed
Amjad Ali, Head, External Relations and Communications Office (ERCO),
and Ms. Tiamkare Thitithamtada, Senior Program Officer, ERCO also
participated in the meeting.
