New Appointments
The Institute is pleased to announce the appointments of Mrs. Boontharee Phoonchai as Head of the AIT Library with effect as of 1 January 2004; Mr. Jiraphong Bumpenyoo as Officer of the Arboretum Project with effect from 1 February 2004; and Mr. Nimit Chantakote as Security, Sports and Safety Officer with effect from 1 February 2004. The Head of the AIT Library will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Library and will work closely with the Library Committee. The Officer of the Arboretum Project, who will report directly to the Director of Physical Plant and work closely with the Arboretum Committee, will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Arboretum area as well as in the implementation of the Arboretum Project plan. The Security, Sports & Safety Officer will oversee campus security and safety, as well as look after the Institute's sports facilities.
