Visiting AIT
On 13 June 2005, Prof. Mario T. Tabucanon (3rd from right), AIT Acting President and Provost received H.E. Djoko Kirmanto (3rd from left), Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia, who was accompanied by 9 senior officials from departments under the Ministry of Public Works and the Indonesian Embassy in Bangkok.
Prof. Chongrak Polprasert, Dean SERD and Acting Dean SCE; Dr. Nazrul Islam, Acting Dean SOM; Prof. Stephen Ogunlana, CEIM FoS Coordinator; Dr. Bonaventure H.W. Hadikusomo, Assistant Professor, CEIM; and Mr. Kyaw Soe Hlaing, Alumni Relations of AIT, also attended the meeting.
The visit aims to explore and discuss engineering and other technology related matters and to strengthen the collaboration between AIT and the Ministry of Public Works, the Republic of Indonesia.
