THESIS TITLE:
Please submit RESEARCH STUDY/THESIS TITLE page to Registry as soon as it is finalized, preferably not later than March 28, 2003 (Friday). The Registry will check the details based on each student's record. The finalized title page can be collected at the counter of the Registry the following day after submission.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates for graduation will not be certified for graduation at the meeting of the Council of Faculty Examiners on April 16, 2003 unless the original and required number of copies of the final corrected version of their research reports, thesis or dissertation are available for examination in their academic unit office prior to the meeting of the Council of Faculty Examiners.
GRADUAND'S NAMES:
To ensure that names are spelt correctly and arranged in the appropriate sequence, students who expect to graduate on April 18, 2003 are requested to check their names on the list of graduands at the Registry Office from March 10-19, 2003. After mid-day of March 19, 2003, we will not change any name on the degree certificates.
