Fun & Food Fair
Students and parents of the AIT Community School had a lot of fun and got full when playing a variety of games and tasting international food at the Fun & Food Fair held on April 3 at the AIT Community School Ground.
The event was opened by AIT President's wife, Mrs. Candice Armand. Also, the honored guest, Prof. Gothom Arya and Mr. Christophe Armand, AIT President's son joined the event.
The event was the fund-raising event organized to train students to have management skills. 'At least, they learned how to collect the game coupons and how to manage the games at the game stalls,' said Dr. Ramamurthi Padam, AIT Community School Principal.
A variety of games were Guess How Many, Potting Ping Pong Balls, Gun Shooting, Donkey's Missing Tail, Puzzle Competition, Treasure Hunting, Throw Me Some Foods, Hit the Pot, Fishing, Food Aid & Treasure Box, etc. These games seemed to be easy to play but when you actually played them, you got to have good throwing skill and good eyesight. Children enjoyed themselves with these games a lot.
While playing games, the game players also experienced tasting a lot of international food from Philippines, India, Nepal, Myanmar, Lao, Indonesia, Korea, and Thailand. They tried their lucks by buying raffles at THB10 each to win the costly prizes like bicycle, electric fan, and many more which were mostly donated by parents of the students. The event ended around 3.00 p.m. and marked the last day for children in the January term.
