Nanotechnology” (CRC Press of Taylor and Francis Group LLC) and is
completing a third one now, has over 100 research publications, more
than 500 citations (Scopus), 5 chapters in Science & Technology
reference books, 3 patents (5 ongoing applications) and has delivered
more than 60 invited and keynote lectures.

Dr. Dutta has been teaching Microelectronics Fabrication Technology,
Nanomaterials & Nanotechnology, Optoelectronic Materials and
Devices, Failure Analysis of Devices and Emerging Technologies at AIT
and is continuing to teach Nanomaterials (since 1997) at EPFL and in
Uppsala University (2003-2005) and Royal Institute of Technology (2005-
present), both in Sweden. He has also extensive experience in
delivering short-course modules in Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology,
which lately he has conducted in Thailand, Malaysia and Sweden.
