Welcome New Students
The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), on September 3, conducted an orientation to the new students at the Conference Center. A total number of 323 students from 33 countries worldwide enrolled at AIT for this term, starting on September 3, 2002.
198 of new students study in the School of Management, mostly in the International Business Program. 102 students study in the School of Civil Engineering, 13 in the School of Advanced Technologies, and 10 in the School of Environment, Resources and Development.
The five largest number of enrolling students come from Thailand (75), Vietnam (48), France (44), India (32), PR China (20).
